My plant is not looking so perky ... need advice before it advances

One thing that may be an issue is your res temps. Running between 57 - 80 isn't good. Ideally you want to stay in the 65 - 70 range. The high res temps are particularly bad. The higher the temp, the less oxygen the water can hold. A low oxygen level can inhibit the plants ability to uptake nutrients properly, which could be what is happening to your plants. I also don't see any mention of your pH. What is your pH and are your pH and ppm holding relatively stable or are they rising or falling?
 
PH has been holding steady but res. temp has been fluxing like crazy, ended up taking the plant out and saw the rock wool cube was covered with slime and ended up shaving off the most off it because rigth on the top of the cube she had manage to send out some good white roots, I re planted her in clean clay pebbles and also planted a new seed because she is never going to reach her full potential and not even sure if she is going to survive :(

biggest problem I have is I cant have my air pump outside the cabinet :/
