New Grower Natural sunlight along with t5ʻs

Has anybody grown their autos with sun light during the day and growlights during the night?


Iʻve been doing this with my HBD for the past 30 days and it seems to be doing alright.

My theory is you get the best from the natural world for 12 hours then you give it something "a little less" for lack of a better word, and this would be good for the plant; and you save on electric by taking advantage of the natural light during the day

I got four 2ʻ t5ʻs 6500k. 18/6 cycle


any thoughts or comments on this?

but I have to say I would appreciate if this came back to life rather than me opening a new thread for this - my situation is exactly as described above - only that I have 2 T8's. I have them in the sun around 9 hours of the day - 15 under the lights +/- 2 hrs

Can someone let me know if they have any thoughts on this or have tried it before?
