New Grower Need a little input

Whats up guys, I've already posted some info in another part of the site, but I have a quick question. I want to do a soil grow of auto strains in a small grow tent(undecided).

My question is how many plants should I fit into a tent this size? Also any lighting recommendations?

I've read a lot but there is just so much information out there.

I have the gl40. The next size down from that. I can do four one gallon(4 liter) square pots at a time in mine.

I was assuming I could fit 4, but wanted some verification. What lighting do you use?

I use a couple of cfl's and a small led panel. Its nothing big just all I could afford at the time.

I hear ya man. I've been saving for a while to fund this little expedition. I like the idea of CFL's, but really considering a small HPS setup. Still thinkin hard on it though. Thanks for the reply romeo!

No problem. There are a ton of threads on here about all lighting options. Good info in them.

For a 2x2 tent you can do up to 4 plants, for lighting I can recommend a 240w Blackstar LED, it will work well in that space and keep temps down

I'll second all of that. Four plants maybe 5 if they're smaller. And yeah a 240 BS LED would be great in there. HPS will create a lot of heat in that little space. Take care and good luck.
