Im planning to plant outdoors in the Philippines with almost 12/12 light cycle all year. What strain is the best? and will the plant grow healthy under this conditions?

id say grow a sativa its made for those condtions

auto wise im not sure maybe a sat dom lbh auto haze comes to mind

I suppose you're better with a photo-period plant.
Auto's don't produce so much with less than 18-20 hours of light.
Get a decent haze, try G13.
:toke:

In this case both photos and normal 70-90 day autos when started outside will veg for 3-4 weeks and then flower. Photos will generally give better yeild than autos when all conditions are the same - so choose photo over normal auto. If you want a little better yield then you may try to veg a photo plant indoor for a little longer, or try a super auto. For most of the year the climate in the phillipines favors sativas due to risk of mold. So at least for your first run try sativa dominant strains. Note: this is advice is ragarding normal strains that are bred for northern climates. If you really want high yield grow some of your local sativas.

Good luck!

If your talking 12/12 out dorrs all year round then get your self some photos if your not botherd about yeild then something like Auto Lemon Haze:smokebuds:
Also Welcome to AFN when you get a chance could you please head over to the introductions section and tell us a little about your self :peace: Si

Thanks for the advices. Im growing landrace sativa here in the philippines and it flowering time is forever. lol

You can grow whatever strain you want over there mate all year round. Any plant will thrive under that sun.

Even autos will yield fine at 12/12 with the sun intensity that close to the equator.

My advice would be to use photo period plants anyway, since your unconstrained entirely in what you can grow.
