Need help please not sure what's going on here

A few questions, Brother.
Have you started feeding yet, and if so with what and how much?
What kind of soil mix are you in?
That second picture looked like the veins are still green towards the palm (where the leaves meet the stem), but pale as they near the tips. Is that just a trick of the light, 'cause I don't see that in the first pic.
That first shot looks like some pretty heavy nute burn.

It's all bio bizz light mix grow and root juice so far 1ml per litre of each.all my research is leading to nut burn alright.. The plant is doing great otherwise.. It's 2weeks old other than the original sokeing it hasent had a good watering .. What the best way to flush while so young

only the lowest couple of leaves that have touched the soil at some point ? if so nothing to worry about.

The Biogrow @ 1 ml per litre could be a bit hot for an auto, Carl. It's a good idea to start with a 1/4 rate, and work up from there (autos can be a bit sensitive).
I agree with archie, it looks like those lower tips had some splash/soil contact (one leaf has a piece of perlite on it
). I wouldn't "flush", that's a lot of stress on the plant. If your soil is ready for it, just give a good drink of pH'ed water, and shoot for 10 or 15% run off.
