If she's showing hairs under 18/6 I wouldn't go to 12/12. Sounds like she's just taking her time.

12/12 is your only choice to make everything flower. Of course, running autos and photos together for 20 yrs, I've never seen one not flower on time.
Just to reiterate what others have said here; go 12/12. On the plus size you’ll end up with a monster plant seeing that you’ve vegged her for 12 weeks. On the downside, you are looking at a minimum of 9 weeks before you can harvest. Which will mean you’ll be chopping her down I. The new year. Assuming she is a photo of course
