I'm not 100% sure what it is just yet. As goauto said, it IS looking a little on the male side but I say it might be a little to early to tell. Give it a few days, if you don't see white hairs in 3-5 days and it looks like a little sack still its a boy! If you begin to see a tiny little hair begin to show, then pat yourself on the back!!
