There probably aphids not ants and they are laying eggs. You need to spray with some garden safe bug spray soon.

Definitely ants. Could be aphids too. But there was a trail of ants only going to that plant

As far as I no ants don't eat plants but they might be after the aphids but spraying will kill the aphids

I think it’s to late for that plant. I think she’s toast. Was just wondering what it was. Buds are turning brown from the inside out

There may be some bug that is eating the plant, the ants like the poop of these bugs and the sap sometimes where the bug bit into the plant.

:toke:... looks like mealy bugs, and the ants are "farming" them, like they do with aphids as well,... they release a sugary 'dew" the ants eat, and get protection in return.... any food garden safe product will work usually,.. but in bloom you have residue issues to consider,... something with spinosad in it, maybe pyrethrum,...... point is to not leave residues behind like neem, Azamax will,... I see a lot of bug debris, so you have have to chop out pieces to clear out the crap and castings they leave,.. the dewy shit will also promote mold/.mildew growth, so keep watch on that too,.....
