Indoor Need help!!

Have a few sprouts that are 3 weeks old. Have yellowing leafs with brown spots and slow growth. Currently at 380ppm 5.8ph. 67° water temp. Not sure if my ph pen isn’t working and the ph is to high? I’m in an undercurrent system. Other plants seem to be doing fine. Any help if much appreciated

We need more info man, fill lut that patient form in the highlighted section above here, just c/p it into here and fill in,... lots of possibles for cause, but the symptoms look CA defc. related,....

So I calibrated my pH pen. Went back to my notes and noticed that I only added 90 mL of Cal mag. I should have added 275 ML. Added more cow man plant so I calibrated my pH pen. Went back to my notes and noticed that I only added 90 mL of Cal mag. I should have added 275 ML. Added more Cal mag. And new growth on plants is looking good!
