Indoor Need suggestions please on lights

I have a new light in my grow box it is 3ft tall 2ft long. 1 ft deep what is the best light for this type of box and also the cheapest way I am using CFL right now but I would like to get better penetration on plants I don't know if I should go LED or another type of light I'm up to any suggestions on brand type of life I just have to make sure that it fits inside the box and leave enough room thank you for all your help

Heat is going to be a concern with that small area.You can use led but there not cheap.Youcan also add more cfls or go with a smaller t5

What us a good led the ufos and t5 can I use with veg and flower and are they better than the cfls I use 4 100watt bulbs

A good brand name on t5s or led would be awsome I have no idea of good one their are so many

For T5's the Bad Boys seem to be king,i use growbrite T5's from htg supply and haven't had any trouble with them.Don't haave any experience with led but the general concensus is the blackstars rock.

Quantum Bad Boy is the T5, I don't know LED. Check out http://www.htgsupply.com/ or http://www.ehydroponics.com/, to window shop and get some ideas. Then buy local.

Thank u I just found this cfl bulb called sun god lotus says one bulb has 12,000 lumens full specktrum 2700k and 6500k in it anyine use or heard of it

Never heard of that one. The Bad Boys will be far to large for that space. I think your best bet is as many 2 foot T5s as you can fit in there up top. Why aren't you liking the cfl? They rock. You can add more cfl to the sides if you're wanting more penetration.

Check out HTG Supply or plant light hydroponics for T5 lights. Hell Home Depot also has them in most areas. Just make sure you get the HO(High Output) bulbs if you go that route.

And as Nammy mentioned, whatever you do you'll need god ventilation to keep your temps and fresh air in check. Take care.

Just bought the lotus on impulse after talking to the owner. Of the company went with the lotus 150 cfl says its 15 inchs long and 5 inchs wide with 12, 500 lumens he says no heat. With both 6500k and 2700k in it. Hope I didnt make a misake

Sounds pretty cool and should be better penetration than just regular cfls assuming that's what you had previously.

But I'll tell you this; There is no grow light on this great green Earth that has NO heat. So know that.
