is this normal or a sign of a problem?? 1.5 weeks into pre flowering.
They look pretty healthy just the newer bud leaves are curling/twisting weirdly?

Hard to tell from these pics.
Heat or light stress would be my first guess, or very dry rh.

just tested run off at 6.5-7
I make sure I give it 6.5-7 ph water/nutes as well.. So It shouldn't be a ph problem. Pre flowering is about to end, so I'm gonna give them plain ph water to clear out any salt then switch to tiger bloom.

Anyone know a possible cause of these deformed leaves?

I agree, almost impossible to tell what's going on from those pictures. Give us some more information. What soil are they in, what have you been feeding, at what strength and how often? Are the leaves discolored, and if so, where? What are your temperature and relative humidity?

If you've been giving enough feed so that you get 10% run off, then salts shouldn't be an issue at this point. No need to skip a feeding and give plain water. Just make the switch to the bloom nutrients as soon as vertical growth stops.

It is an outdoor grow btw. When I feed I usually don't give enough for run off
Today marks week 5, I decided against not giving it the plain water at week 4.5 as the schedule I'm using says(gave 1tsp tiger 1/2 grow big) but after this curling started I needed to check pH. So I gave them each 1gal 6.5 ph water, run off came out about the same. Next watering I will resume feeding with 1tsp calmag, 2tsp tiger bloom, 1/2 tsp grow big in 1gal... also from now on every time I feed I'll make sure it's enough for run off.
Day 35
Strains: Barneys farm Grape Muerto and Delicious seeds NLxBlueberry auto
In 5 gallon pots
Soil: Black gold natural & organic
Nutes: FF trio and Cal/mag

This is the schedule I was going to try to work with - taken from
https://www.autoflower.org/f5/fds-guide-growing-hefty-autos-small-places-206-2.html
Week
1- pH water only
1.5- add in Big Bloom to the mix at 1/2 tea spoon
2- 1/2tsp Grow Big 1/2 tsp Big Bloom
2.5- 3/4 tsp of grow big
3 -1tsp grow big and 1/2 Tiger bloom 1/2 tea spoon Big Bloom
3.5- 1/2 tsp Grow Big 1/2tsp Tiger bloom
4- 1tsp Tiger bloom 1/2 tsp Grow Big
4.5 -Clean pH'ed water to clear out salt build up
5- 2tsp tiger bloom 1/2 grow big
5.5- 1 Teaspoon Grow Big
6- Begin Flush for the final weeks

I also give 1tsp cal/mag every other watering (I use RO water)

I've never seen anything like that first pic-she does not look happy, but my guess would be same as GBear, heat or humidity. I know pH issues can lead to twisted leaves but not like that. Seems like you're on the money with the feed schedule.

The canoeing and crispy tips looks like heat stress to me. What sort of lighting are you using and what are the conditions in your grow space?

my face would curl up if it was stuck to a window on a sunny day

is it me or do ur leaves look dry? whats ur humidity like?

It's outdoors in northern California. We getting 85-95 Fahrenheit all week. I've had plants in the peak in the summer at 100degrees+ and they never showed heat problems so idk.

How much water should I be giving to 5gallon plants? When I water I usually don't give enough to where it runs off, maybe they aren't getting enough water? I'll make sure they leak every time I water now.
Tried to take better pictures but my phone camera is crap.
On this one the bud leaves curl upwards.. also the bud pre flowers look greenish for some reason

Can barely see it but the bud leaves do the same but in different directions.
