New Grower New Tent Setup. Need help with buying components.

Hello, hello. The time has come for me to spend some money for new equipment. I have previously grown in DWC with CFL with fairly good results. I don't have unlimited funds, but I think I can spend up to around $1000. I had thought about buying one of the complete setups like some of the websites sell. Tent, Light, intake fan, etc. Are these any good, or are they basically cheap equipment?

The tent I am planning on purchasing is a Milliard 36x36x73. Anyone know how the quality is?

I am planning on having 4 plants going inside. Would 2 90w LED UFO's be enough lighting? I can supplement with T5 or CFL if needed. This will be a hydro 4 bucket DWC.

What are your recommendations for HPS ballasts/bulbs? I may do 400w or 600w HPS instead of LED. I am worried about heat issues however.

I have performed quite a bit of research and it seems if I buy the components seperately the price will be higher of course, but the equipment I am looking at seems to be of better quality.

I am a cheapskate, I'd go with the cheap way out. LEDs are nice, but are they really worth the extra bucks?
Just as a FYI, I am using CFL, even cheaper.

Just as a guess, I'd think 600 would be a lot for 9sq feet.

Take a look at this it will help you choose and i use a 600 w hps and 5 gallon humpys buckets ,depending on your pot size 4 is too many for me to handle , and your doing DWC...there going to big , in my opinion i run two plants
i got in over my head with this stain do your leg work on the strain and pick the right pot size if you have to grow 4...my 2cents

Heat is an issue due to it being a closet (Closed space) grow. Thanks for all of the info. I think I have decided on a Taotronics 80x3 (240w) Led. Anyone have any experience with them?
