I don't know why these brown spots are on my leaves. It's a GYO Tangerine auto. I'm using advanced nutrients PH perfect 3 part fertilizer at half strength. Have used LST to break apical dominance. Growing under a 300 watt LED grow light in soil. Is it a deficiency or maybe to much nutes. Don't know much about autos except they are supposed to need less food. Haven't seen the same spots on my 2 fast 2 vast yet and they're growing under exact same conditions.

Hey man,

:welcome: I'm new to this as well but it looks like maybe a calcium deficiency (rust spots) or pH fluctuations as well as some nitrogen deficiency (yellowing lower leaves) as well. She might just be on a different growth course than the other or just really hungry. I have jacked my girls up with nutes and they have taken it like champs with only a tad bit of tip burn. My leaves didn't get better but the yellowing and rust spots didn't spread. I also had some twisted new growth which I think I can see in your pics as well. This was an underfeeding issue for me. Now my new growth is fine and the twisted stuff is growing out of it.

Also, more info? How old? Growing medium? pH of feed/runoff?

Cheers!

Plain soil no nutes in soil with extra perlite for drainage. Don't have a pH tester because the fertilizer is supposed to control PH. I guess all of my plants have twisted leaves. Didn't know that was a sign of nute deficiency. Last time I saw that it was because of stupid fungus gnats. They're about 3 wks old. May give a shot of full strength nutes and see what happens.

Newer pictures from today of the Tangerine auto. Have a full dose of nutes last night after work. We'll see how they do.

These two are 2 fast 2 vast growing under same conditions. One is about a week older than the others.

...I think she's being underfed, long term,.. bigger plant, bigger demand, and now it's catching up to you,... I see P defc. (necrotic patches, interveinal), some N defc. , maybe Mg ans S,... starved, basically! Lets see what the full str. feeds do, it'll take a few days or so,....

Ok. Thank you for the help. I'm still learning to identify specific deficiencies. Not very good at it yet. I see the problem but don't know the cause. I guess it must come with experience. I'll post more pics in a few days. We'll see how they do.

Quick update. These are new pictures of the 2 fast 2 vast a couple days after receiving a full strength feeding. Both just began to show pistils since the last pics and post. I still see twisted and strange growth. Is it an auto characteristic? First time trying auto seeds.

This is the GYO Tangerine auto that first brought me here with concerns. She definitely looks better. She is also just starting to put out pistils. None are as large as I expected but they would be taller without the LST. Any suggestions or advice would be appreciated. I kinda like the autos once I get the hang of them.
