New Grower New to Cannabis growing

I am interested in Autoflowering seeds because from what i read they easier to grow.

I have photo studio so i can add extra light when needed.

1. Can you please recommend me seed for beginner, from http://original-ssc.com/
2. In what time of year i can plant them?
