Nice setup in the fridge! Careful with ventilation. Your plants look fine, the cotyledon (the first little rounded leaves) get used up by the plant pretty quickly, that's where she gets her food at first. Keep on keeping on, be aware that autos can be sensitive to nutrients.
Start a journal a journal and we'll do our best to follow along and help out.

Yeah the ventilation was an issue I ran into but I do have a box fan that is blowing through a crack in the door and its circulating out the top
