Problem: Leaves are curling up and some tips (like 2 leaves one on each plant) browned
Medium: OF mixed with perlite in 5 gallon smartpots
Feed: 1.5 gal each at 6.5ph no nutes
Strain: Dynafem Blue Cheese & Dynafem White Widow XXL Autos, both 15 days since they sprouted
Climate: Temps go from 25C to 32C the weather has been ridiculous lately and I'm having issues controlling it, there are 2 fans in the tent and an exhaust fan RH is 50-65% (it's been raining recently) and I'm using a Viparspectra 450w 24" from the plants
Additional info: After I watered (3 days ago) I noticed that the tip of one of the leaves got brown on my white widow and I thought it might have been some kind of stress since my dog somehow got to the plant and bit the tip of one of the leaves, but then I noticed it happened on the blue cheese too so I guess my pup wasn't the problem. This is my first grow indoors and honestly I have no idea what I'm doing.

@mtthct , OF can be considered a hot soil for auto's. It looks like you're getting some tip burn from too much N. I rarely recommend flushing, if I mix my soil too hot I just maintain good watering habits and ride it out.

Water slow, when your soil starts to go from damp to dry. I would aim for 10 or 15% runoff (I just eyeball it, no need to get too fancy ).
Make sure to keep your pots clear of the waste water.

I'm with Red here,... I also see a touch of heat stress (curled edges), and as for OF soil, my [HASHTAG]#1[/HASHTAG] concern is it's pH.. There have been many issues with this brand and specific product with badly acidic, undercooked soils,.. not all bags are shit, but many are,.. overall, the plant looks pretty good, so maybe you got lucky! The tip burn is so mild, i don't see it on others, so it may not even be an issue to sweat at this point,.. I'd still check that soil pH though, before adding nutes! Do you have a soil pH probe, a good one, like the Accurate 8? Nothing beats direct measurement,.. skip the cheapo skinny-ass probes you see at garden centers, they suck! otherwise, you'll have to do a run-off test, which is sub-optimal at best,.. lots of inherent sources of measurement error, but we do have an improved method and calculation here-( https://www.autoflower.org/threads/...-testing-and-ph-estimation.41733/#post-928975 )... you can even do this on soil right from the bag, in fact I recommend trying it on this first, just as a baseline reference, before doing your pot.. anything over 1/2gal in size will be fine,...you will need a pH meter, in good recently calibrated working order,... What nutes do you have BTW? it'll be time for them soon,...

I'll be looking into getting a soil ph probe as soon as i have some more money! Yeah i've been thinking they could be getting some heat stress it's getting hot where i live and i honestly don't know what to do about the heat anymore the temps in the tent were at 29c tonight.

I got the General Organics GO box for nutes

here are some pictures of today I think I'm getting way too concerned but idk I've started to notice more stuff on the edges of the leaves, it's only on a few leaves though it's not all over the place
