non-alcohol infusions

Anyone know of a good DIY extraction /infusion process for p. cubensis that doesn't use ethyl alcohol (or methanol) for extraction or as a carrier? Thanks in advance for your input.

I've used lemon tekking before and had good results. Would classify this as a carrier I guess?. Just break it up into some lemon juice and smash it around, let it sit for 30-60 mins and take it down of use it in whatever

Thanks Dank - any website or post you are aware of that may supply some more details? I am trying to make an infusion to make it easier to microdose.
