I have read pages of LED reviews, grow journals etc... I think I will try a Mars hydro unit(topled just goes to mars now). Either A 300w old style, or the reflector series 96x3. Who can convince me one way or the other, I know you guys have opinions and experience, so have at it. I figure that at the price it will be better than the cfls that I currently have. I willl probably still supplement with cfls as side lighting so the plants will get more light in the long run. More light could only help right?

I love my Reflector Series and 2 UFO's from TopLED/MarsHydro. :)
No complaints whatsoever.

I supplement with 60W veg spectrum CFL but only for temperature.

I was wondering about temp. My space is a walk in closet approx 6'x4', it has no external walls so temp remains stable around 70 this time of year. In the past with all CFLs it would get up to 73-75, but not a lot of variation. Should I keep this temp or get it a little warmer? As I stated earlier I would like to run an led and will order in the next few days, but once it hits flower i had planned to hit it with 2 cfls as sidelights coming in low on 2 sides with led centered above 12" to 16". Does the Reflector series switching really make a big diff.? Thanks for the quick response by the way. You know how it is when you really need to buy something new but just can't decide.:dunno:

Your temp is fine I think it should be between 70-85? at night it can be a little lower but don't go below 60 and ofc don't go too high.

Ohh and best way to do anything with growing cannabis is letting the plant tell you what it likes best.
If it grows best at higher temps get it higher if it does better with lower temps make it so.
(this goes for pretty much anything in the grow but ofc looking for a guideline where to start is always good!)

Thanks again to all. That's why I like growing autos, nearly instant results always tells you something.
