New Grower Northern Lights Auto, Info Needed!!

First try at NL Auto's and I need some help. Pics are 2 days after planting.

Questions:
I have 4 CFL 26W, about 6 inches away, temps are 75f steady. Lights are on 24/0 for now. Should I go to 20/4?, only problem is temps may go to mid 60's F. in the dark, basement ambient temp is cooler, so I dont want to shock them.

With Auto's do I wait till they show sex and then switch to HPS and stay at 20/4 till done. All this auto stuff is new to me. I have done NL Fem. with excellent results with the same setup. Any help would be appreciated.

its quite large for your setup id get a scrog net in asap

60f should be ok or keep 24/7 its up to you

Hi mate welcome to AFN :group: I'd suggest leaving them under the cfls on 24/0 for another week or 2,keep the temps nice and warm while she's just starting out,then bring out the hps,and if you want you can switch to 20/4 light schedule from there on

Thanks for welcome to AFN and the info. I decided to go with bigger pots this time but did not anticipate Auto's. As long as i LST them I should be ok with height, I will try and keep them short and bushy. I will be updating this thread on the progress.

after growing several nl autos i find them to be one of my favorite. great yields and awesome smoke. mine usually top at 30 inches. GL

Im growing a Auto NL freebie from SOS in 20L pot, which I LST'd and got 3 main colas and 7 other smallish colas. This time around I have my lights on 24/0 but next time Im going with 20/4. It is my first grow, but I can't wait to grow another.

Update: Did 24/0 for 2 weeks, now on 20/4 HPS. Girls are looking good but one is smaller, WTF..maybe the dark will be good... but so far all is well.

2 Weeks The temp shows 85F, black frame on the temp gauge, at the soil its around 80F..
