Can u feed veg and bloom nutients at the same time?

you can, but if you wait til vertical growth stops to switch over to bloom nutes there wont be any need to feed both, a plant can only do some much at once i feel it cant put its full energy into growing and flowering so to me using both would be kind of a waste.

if I give it fish emulsion will that help a N deficiency?
