New to AF but have been outdoor for years, will be doing Fast and Vast indoors soon and was wondering what nutrients and amount to give the girls in pro mix

I'm not a pro mix user, but generally speaking Autos like a less nutrients than photoperiod plants and you will need to be careful not to burn them by over fertilising to early.
Do you have an EC meter to test the strength?
I would start out at 0.8ec for the first week and then start buiding it up gradually as more leaf sets appear.
Water little amounts to start and build up.
By the onset of flower i would hope to be around 1.7 EC. and i will see how far i can push it from there before i start burning the tips. (if you grow the same strain over and over, you'll get a feel for what they like, but i grow something different almost every time)
I use Canna Coco as my medium and match the Canna Coco Nute range to it.
I'm sure you'll get some other Pro Mux users who can advise you on nutes!

I use promix. PH is about 7.0 out of the bag. I mix in some perlite to lighten it a bit. For nutrients I use Algo and happy with it, but most everybody else will recommend canna specific nutes that cost alot more. I scrog two plants in a 2x4 tent and harvested over 1/4 lb very high quality, smooth as silk bud my last grow, Good enough for me.
