Keeping your whiffs under control is a top priority and using a carbon filter and fan will keep the whiffs at bay.
In my opinion it is is a good idea to get the best carbon filter you can. Buying cheap can lead to a short life for your filter or not doing a good job.
There also products such as Ona which are odor neutralizing which you can use, many hydro stores online stock it as well as other similar products.

I have a carbon filter in the tent but its not the most expensive, it works ok but the whiff is creeping out of the tent and my room does stink! my autos are only coming into preflower so I dread to think what its going to be like when they proper bloom! I will check out the Ona. thank you

Temporarily you can use several of these, they are reusable. I tried to link to them but the link keeps saying "media" and does not display. They have them on Amazon.
