OG seedlings need love

Just sprouted two Dinafem OG Kush about a week ago. I used roots soil and before I poured the soil I noticed a weblike fungus on top of the soil. I used it anyways and every morning the fungus has been appearing on the surface of the dirt. how can I get rid of this fungus? Is it too early for light UV-b? I've been using neem to try to get rid of it but i normally brush it away with my hand when I see it.

the girls are off to an awkward start, their stems being too skinny to support the weight of the leaves. any recommendations? went with soil this time to ensure reliable results, hoping things come through well once they're more established.

lights are two 1212s @ 50W about 22-23" away, is this a good distance? will be adding more cobs through the grow

... ...hard to say what specific fungus that is, but if it hasn't affected the seedlings, that's a good sign it the good kind! ...Has the neem stopped it yet?
... use toothpicks or something to prop the seedling up with,.. this will help straighten the stems too,.. this flopping is fairly common, and they grow out of it soon as the stem hardens,...

I think I need to plant the seeds deeper next time so the roots can be more established before being exposed to the light.

the fungus is still there, after reading around I'm pretty sure it's beneficial or peacaaeful or so.

I start my coco/soiless mixes now with a tea pot full of boiling water, then leave them to dry out before putting seeds in. This has really helped reduce bugs and other undesirables.

Just to provide an update.. the OGs are doing swel, just needed some paitence. I've never seen a cannabis leaf so big and so green! And the stems are already thicker than a red poison I recently harvested.

Will be sticking with roots soil
