New Grower Optimal ground temperature

Hi,
Im wondering what the optimal ground temperatures(not room temperature) are for:
seeds
seedlings
vegetative plants

Since you can control it with a heat mat precisely im wondering.

Seedlings/veg need higher temps and higher humidity than what is needed for flowering. The thermometer I use for my sweet spot temps rests at my canopy and most consistently falls between 76-82. I have thermometers on the ceiling of my tent, the floor, the canopy and center of tent (vertically).

I've never once checked root temps. Somebody will come along who has.
