If you mix your soil as I outlined don't follow your nutrient program cuz it will burn things. You might be able to get away with a veg feeding before you transplant at week 3 but that's the only time I would use the veg if you start in a 1/2 gallon pot and you should not need any bloom tell late in flower if at all and even that should be very light if you do.
