I live in az and was wondering if putting my autos outside would help or harm them. Temps in the summer get to 105 degrees. Is that too hot? Peace.

Thats too hot yeah, perhaps if they were germed outside and never knew any different may be a little better but would still be too hot really.
If you can however keep temps down with fans or something, they would definitely benefit from the suns raise and intense uv index.
The best cannabis is grown under the sun, more cannabinoids & resin!

Well I'm growing some Autos outside, only difference is I live in the U.K. we never get them sort off temps over here, when we did have a nice weeks weather, it done my plant the world of good but soil dried up really quick. After reading some posts on here, turns out it might be because I used a terracotta pot, ( as I read it, it just gets to warm and dries it up too quick).

Good luck if you do give it a try.

If they are young it would cook them! If they are grown a bit you may be able to acclimatize them to it in a non direct sun situation.

Thanks for all the info. Decided to leave them indoors.

Another case in point of Auto weakness.
My photos ( Indicas and Sativas )endured two weeks over a hundred degrees.
They slowed down and drank a Lot more, but they were fine otherwise..so I am led to think they would endure longer periods of high temperatures, but would go into stasis instead of growth.
I thought C. Ruderalis would strengthen the gene pool, not weaken it.
Not Bashing, just expressing my frustrations with the Auto gene pool.

Lol
Iv grown autos over 100" outdoors no problem
as log as you can keep em watered.
I give em some share in the afternoon by planting on the east side of a tree or bush.
They are tough, an mama nature dont give em any AC .
Afghanistan looks like Death Valley to me...

My cab is outdoors an seen 108 this week.
Nothing died.
But growth does slow.....
