Hope they work for you, I've tried pans a few times and not got much more than pins that abort. I was having trouble with too much heat and could not keep the rh high enough. Pans do need a casing layer to fruit. Organic soil mixed with verm 50/50 and pasteurized is a nice mix. Only apply about a 1/4 inch layer of casing on your fully consolidated sub and flip to fruiting conditions. I would get pins in about 6 days after casing, but could not keep the conditions right for them to mature. You want about 78 degrees F and as high of humitity as you can acheive. Oh and fresh air as well. Hope you can get some of these as they are very potent, half a gram can kick your dick in the dirt, so be careful with them.
Do you pasteurize your manure or just leach and go with it?
