Here is the write up from Paradise seeds:

Vertigo is one of our latest varieties. It originates from a fine Indica/ Sativa hybrid, which is chosen for its splendid characteristics, its fruity intense flavor, and fast to finish growth. 3 generations of breeding resulted in stable uniform plants. The flowers are coated in resin and as potent as auto flowering strains can get.
Auto flowering potential has only been discovered a few years ago, but until now has not been developed to its full. With Vertigo we believe we showcase that it is possible to have very high quality medicinal marihuana in an automatic variety.
These plants can reach the height of 1 meter or taller. It has a strong effect. An impressive production of resinous citric fruity aromatic flowers. A fast to finish variety, in approximately 60 days excellent for commercial growers

Characteristics Type: Autoflowering Indica /Sativa
Yield: 500 grams per m2 indoors. Outdoors 75 grams per plant.
Lifecycle: from seed to harvest, approx. 60 days indoors and max. 70 days outdoors.
Outdoors in colder regions Northern latitude: Start in May/ June and finish in July/ August. In warmer areas multitple harvests are possible. In tropical areas the whole year round.
Effect: heavy potent
Aroma /Taste: citric intense bouquet
THC: 15-18 %

My experience and PHOTOS:

I am actually quite impressed with this strain and would definately consider growing it again. It is actually one of the truest write ups i've found for an auto flower. I didn't time it exactly but it'#s definatel;y one of the quickest autoflowers that i've grown which actually produces decent size buds with consistent quality and heavy frosting. It has finished a good 2 weeks earlier than the 'pandora' which is part of the same grow, which was only supposed to take around 5 days longer (65 days instead of the vertigo's 60).

The smoke from an early cut bud which was ready for the chop but missed out on the flush, was strong with a good balance of high and 'couch lock'. I don't want to comment on the taste due to it missing the flush but the smell was extremely strong, certainly citrus as described but with slight diesel and pepperyness too. A balanced but pungeant aroma to match the strong but balanced effects.

The buds are extremely easy to trim due to a great calyx to leaf ratio. Also from 5 seeds there was a consistant pheno (at least in bud structure, possible height variences but due to lst and scrogging it's hard to judge plant structure/shape.)

If my current Dutch Passion Think Different grow doesn't outshine these then i'll be running a full sea of green grow of these next.

This is the first bud chopped last night (there will be more shots from the remainder after choppage this evening.

Looking pretty sweet. a Sea of Green should work great with that strain.
I'm loving the Purple too. toke on bro!

Looking great the Funk. You should have a great harvest, let me be the first to rep ya for it, If I may. Great job and enjoy all you hardwork. One Love to ya:peace:

I agree with you. I grew vertigo both indoors and outdoors and I do have a weak spot for it. It did better outdoors for me. Overall the paradise Auto strains I grew did good for me( Pandora, Auto Maria 2). As a rule I am not crazy of the bud structure most auto's have to offer so mines all go into hash. BUT, man, oh man, the fresh frozen stuff gave me great, great, great bubble hash and all of it finished in early august. What more can you ask for?

first post and bumping this old thread. curious because i am about to grow some vertigo...

what kind of medium, nutes, and light schedule? What kind of yield per plant?

its all grower experience as to answer your questions being that they will perform well in any situation as long as the grower has thier stuff dialed in , other then asking about yeild , in my experience after growing hundreds of vertigo you need to plant lots of them in smaller pots like a sea of green to get the advertised yeild out of them , i honestly believe growing vertigo in large pots is a waste as they do not perform like a super auto

great smell , taste , and effect though

best of luck and peace

p.s. welcome to the site
