Hello peeps. Decided to put a small order in and buy a few beans. Didn't want to spend a lot as not sure what the short term future holds so I decided to get just two seeds; a Dinafem Strawberry Cough and a Royal Queen Jack Herer Auto. With this though I was gifted 1 WOS Strawberry Blue and 2 x Philosopher Seeds Cheesy Auto (Thanks Herbies).

Still waiting for my new batch of supersoil to finish cooking, got an empty tent so thought I'd run one of the free Cheesy Autos in some soil I have been cooking for about 12 weeks now. This particular mix was something I was going to try out until I decided to go with Subcools recipe so hope I'm not setting myself up for more pain lmao.

GROWING DESCRIPTION:
[/h]Cheesy Auto has been created to satisfy all those growers seduced by classical marijuana strains and decided to grow autoflowering cannabis. After several generations of work, a high quality ruderalis hybrid has been obtained.
Cheesy auto produces easy to grow hybrids, robust, compact and with good lateral branching. Its leafs have a distinctive dark green colour, showing an exuberant layer of resin during the flowering stage.
Using a single pot for the entire life cycle of the plant is recommended, from seedling to harvest, a process that may take from 65 to 85 days.
In outdoor crops, Chessy Auto don’t usually exceed 1 meter in height, which helps camouflage these plants. It is certainly a perfect strain for off-season growing, also suitable for ecuatorial areas where natural photoperiod is close to 12 hours of light per day.
In Indoor crops, Cheesy Auto will show its full potential under a light cycle of 20 hours of light / 4 hours of complete darkness per day during its whole life cylce. If you have a small space, you can reduce the hours of light per day to 12; this way, the growth of your plants will be less vigorous.
[h=2]CHEESY AUTO'S EFFECTS AND TASTE DESCRIPTIONS[/h]Cheesy Auto has been developed with the intention of preserving the peculiar smell of the legendary U.K. Exodus Cheese strain. Its taste is very special, a subtle mix of strong cheese and a particular sweetness that reminds of blackberries and blueberries.
The effect is very balanced, producing a pleasant state of physical relaxation and a creative high, perfect for those moments where you need some inspiration. Cheesy Auto will be, with no doubt, a good companion for those creative moments.

Here's the lowdown.

  • DS60
  • Grow Northern MS0006
  • 10l Pot
  • 3 layers of soil:

  1. Supersoil
  2. Biobizz All Mix
  3. Biobizz Lightmix with added leaf mould

  • Mycorr/EWC/Esalt/Molasses

Here's the soil mix:

4 gallons Biobizz Light Mix
1 gallon Biobizz Allmix
1 gallon Perlite
few handfuls of Vermiculite
2 cups Wormcasting
1/2 cup Dolomite lime
1/2 cup Hoof & Horn 13-0-0
1/2 cup Bat Guano 1-10-1
1/2 cup Seaweed Meal
1/2 cup Sulphate of Potash
1/2 cup Epsom Salts

I'll most likely have to help out with some tea through veg and some molasses in flower, but treading with caution this time, less is more. Added in some crushed egg shells, rock dust and some EWC for good measure.

I layered the soils up, and with it being an auto I put a tube in the centre of the pot, filled around the bottom 1/3rd Supersoil, middle Supersoil and All Mix and top layer Light mix with added leaf mould. In the centre of the tube went the Light Mix with a few top inches of pure leaf mould to germ the seed.

This pot is double the size I usually use so should be interesting to see if I can manage it. Some LST is probably going to be needed.
