New Grower Plant is same strain and start date as the others - why is it behaving and looking so different?

Ok - so in the line up of the four plants, the 3 on the right are Big Guns - all started on same date and grown in same medium under same variables. Day 25. Why is the Bushy one at the bottom, with the broad leaves SOOO much different? I could see subtle differences, but Jeez it looks nothing like the other 2 - and it's the only one NOT to sex. Not a hint of a pistil or nuts anywhere, yet the others sexed like 5 days ago. What's the deal? To be clear, I've singled it out below.....

It is very common to see some variations with autos, they are almost all complex hybrids and you will see plants that favor one parent more than other. They are called phenotypes or phenos. I have had some that I liked better than the standard form for the variety.
