image.jpg image.jpg image.jpg image.jpg hey guys and gals. I'm starting off another grow and popped some seeds that I bred myself. They are norther light and purple kush cross. Last round I did 10 and one of them came out looking funny. Wasn't sure what the problem was but didn't pay it much attention. Well this go around I put 8 in and only 3 of them look normal. The others have twisted or abnormal growth. They are all in coco coir cubes with hydroton on top to help with light penetration. They are under my 600w @50% so only 300w. I soaked the coco in ph'd water before I planted and they are all in rapid rooters for stability. I've only used very light nutes and have been hand watering every few days with minimal run off. Here are some pics. The first one is what the normal ones look like. The other pics are of the sick ones.

... not all the sprouts are going to be keepers, especially when breeding your own,.. proper selective processes are needed to weed out the riff-raff! that said, young leaves can get tweaked by a variety of things, so just watch for now and see how they grow out,...

Yea I figured it could be genetics but last time I had 1 that was bad out of 9. This time I have 5 out of 8 lol. Very frustrating. The only real difference this time is that I'm using coir cubes, which should breath more, and using HID until my new LED comes in.
