Yes...I have done it with some Dragons and currently doing so... can make it difficult if both need different feeds however.. 
OK cool.so I got some 15 litre pots to fill... also..is it OK if the strains are different?
And would this mean it will be more prone to diffiences?

Not any more prone but more difficult to treat if only one plant has a problem.. best to choose strains with similar feeding requirements if possible.. I have done it to increase variety in my small tent... give it a go...
I think I might just pop another into my current grow.. about 2 weeks on... I also would like to try a micro grow but that's one for the future I think

If u can avoid using different strains I would. One might be sensitive to nutes and the other might feed heavy how ever u decide to feed u won't be getting the most out of one. But that only for that example. One could mature early and then ur forced to flush both when one might not be ready. When u use the same strain its a little easier on the grower.
OK cool I'll stick to same strain then and see how it gets on.

I would avoid doing so, main reason I say this is because the two plants will fight for nutrients and root space. Another key thing to remember is that plants are like people their all different and will need special treatment, so when mixing two strains in a pot if one gets sick because it needs more nitrogen than the other than you're screwed. Lastly is the flush chances are that your two seeds are not going to finish up the same time so you're either going to flush one early and not get the best potential or flush one to late and not have to great of tasting buds... There are so many reasons why you should avoid doing this but its your grow so do what you want I guess

Do u mean 2 diff strains or not doing it in 1 pot?
Definatly avoid 2 different strains, but I would also avoid two seeds of the same strain as well. Another thing to remember is that their going to fight for sunlight which will eliminate your whole reasoning for doing 2 seeds because it will cut your yield best to use 2 pots you will regret it otherwise
