If your plant is only a few days from harvest I'd just cull it and avoid treating with anything. Make sure to bleach the hell out of your entire growing area, not just the tent, cab, or closet it's in, but clean the room it's in as well. If you have any houseplants in your house go ahead and treat them with some neem right away so the bugs don't just hop around from plant to plant and make it back to the weed when it's safe again.
It's super important to try and figure out where the bugs got in from. Do you have dogs and/or cats? Don't let them in the same room as the grow anymore. Don't wear shoes in from outside, change your clothes before working on the plants if you've been out in the garden or anywhere outside with plants. Never set your indoor plants outside for some sun time, not only does it stress them with exposure to drastically different conditions, but you will almost always bring bugs inside when they come back in.
Most important, start a neem regimen on your next grow with bi-weekly to weekly treatments. The neem will go systemic in the plants and kill any little bugger that tries to feed on them. This simple step will do wonders for preventing re-infestation, not to mention the systemic neem will fight off fungus and mold problems before they can establish.
That's all I can think of for now, best of luck with the next round!
