New Grower Question about outdoor pots/ground and RQS

Hi evryone, I plan to start my first grow in early april, so I got some questions:

-Why I see 90% of peoples in videos/journeys planting their seeds in pots instead of ground? What you would reccomend? I will use autos if it is of any help for a correct answer.

-I were planning to buy 10 ak 47 auto, 10 bluematic auto, 10 amnesia auto and 10 northen light auto from Royalqueenseeds. Will these strains do well outdoor? And what about RQS, is it a good choice?

You can plant in ground in greenhouse. Or plant in container then when ready cut bottom out and plant in ground.

I start mine in wet paper towel and when they sprout I put them out straight in ground
