New Grower Quick fix for nitrogen deficiency?

Hi all, im having some problems with one of my girls.
The problem started when i gave the first feed of grow nutes, i gave to large of a dose and caused some nute burn. Having done this i was cautious to use it again and put all yellowing leaves down to that, then before i knew it she was flowering. I left her on plain ph'ed water untill she stopped stretching about 5 days ago and gave her a small feed (1ml to 1 liter) of oldtimers bloom. This was fallowed by another feed of oldtimers of the same amount a few day later.

Now i see that the Oldtimers has nitrogen in there but my problems seem to getting worse if anything. Im lacking a ph pen as mine broke and right now im using a tetra drip test kit. That said though i think my ph is close to being on the money and all my other plants are fine making me think this is just nitrogen def.

Anyways heres a picture of the plant having had a bunch of dead fan leaves pulled off.

Any ideas how to get this under control quick sharp? :thumbs:

If you're certain it's a N deficiency you can do a foliar spray of 1 part household ammonia to 10 parts water. Do this once a day for 2 days, wait a couple days to see if it's effective, and mist them again if needed. Make sure to mist the underside of the leaves as well.

Thanks muddy, Would you considder this an extreme measure to fix the problem? im 90% sure in my head its nitrogen def but im still very new so could be totally wrong.
I dont really want to go making things worst while trying to make them better if that makes sense :thumbs:

Judging from you picture that could be the case. It could be that she's just hungry too. But the foliar spray won't hurt. You should see a difference within about 3 days.

You can follow Muddys advice and see what happens. Unfortunately only bad things happen quickly when growing. You might try running your veg nutes a week or 2 longer on your next grow as I see folks switching to flower to fast on many occasions. Preflowers are still a veg stage and they are in veg until the vertical growth as stopped.

Thanks for the advice guys, there's a good chance shes hungry as ive gone very light on nutes however im going to order some ammonia and while i wait for that to arrive ill up her feeds :thumbs:

Do you have Oldtimer Grow, too? You could give her a good shot of that too.

Quick thought here...you said, "before I knew it she was flowering", and if that's the case...the yellow leaves are what's supposed to be happening. As the girls flower, nitrogen is depleted and leave turn yellow. I use the "yellowing" of the leaves as natures "calendar" in conjunction with the calendar on the wall. And as Scott 817 hit on, drop back to your veg state nutes (slowly, gradually) that are higher in Ni and see if the yellowing stops, but at this point and if they ARE in flower, I don't think she will. Good luck with her and keep us in the know. Puff, puff, pass

Do the yellowing leaves happen early in flower as well as when the plants finishing up? Im going to attach a picture of her main cola so to speak, not sure if it will help see how far into flower she is :thumbs:

Not usually in my experience, they start about 1/2 way through flower and progress working towards the chop. That's why I wondered how old she was, what her strain is and what the estimated growth period of her is. She looks to be well into her bloom...and she looks pretty damn healthy from this pic.
