Grow Mediums Reuse clay?

So been watching a lot of stuff to deal with hydro and learning. I know they say you can reuse clay, but there are a lot of people who say it really isn't safe to use, can have salt build ups and a bunch of other stuff. But I also read you can soak them in bleach to clean them?

I have a used ebba and flow system with some used clay. No roots or any thing on the clay that I seen so far. So I wanted to hear from you guys, can you re-use the clay? If so, what is your method for cleaning them. If you don't reuse them, can you post some linkes where you like to re-buy them?

Exactly!!! Boil it to kill off any bacteria, and PH adjust before re-using.

they have a neutral ph I wouldn't worry about that, but boil them and or bleach and rinse.....
