DO-OVER!! I waned to re do this thing since I was just yapping about other stuff the other day and a bit far from the task at hand.
Anyway guys thanks for stopping by.Im going to try and give my few opinions on this mix.

Ok,well as many know The Rev is an excellent source of infomation about all natural growing as well as organic.I read his book more than twice and have a good amount of confidence that his soils are excellent.Smells devine too!2.1 and the Mellow Mix.you can just smell it in their Im tellin ya.
I tried using the mix out of the bag since Its a pre-cooked mix and an already ready to use mix with a filtered water mix.Atleast Filtered at first.I used it throughout,or until it hit the 2.1.
I was a little bummed out though.I tried several different strains(Solid genetics)at 2 seperate depths( 1/4-1/2 inch) and they just curly Q'd out on me,didnt come up or literally ATE the tap root.I got pics somewhere of these things.Tore em up!Photos and ofcourse our loved Autos too.
So after that failed,I was still pretty sure I could get it to kick off n not eat my seeds n seedlings.So I started dumbing it down to around a 45% mix.I mixed it with Jiffy's Natural and Organic Seedling mix.Still smells killer and lookes even better if you can believe that.
Between several of the Seedling mixes that tIve used over a few years time,I feel that this one as it is mixed is to date the best I have personally used.Hold water really nice,EXCELLENT watering properties and drainage to boot.
It comes in a 40Qt and an 8 Qt. if Im not mistaken.I got the 40Qt,and with me having to mix it down some,I have enough seedling mix to last MANY full on several plants grows.Its an excellent price too.I seriously reccomend it.Esp.mixing it down.Man ya'll will have some killer seedling mix,and a lot of it.
Im sorry it didnt work out of the Bag,but it did finally work out and Im seriously seriously happy with the ease it works and how well it works.Lighweight(obviously) and easy for me to move around a lot of it.When I do run out and if I can still get i,I WILL be buying this again.So imho,I would recommend this to any grower I know.And will continue to do so until I find something that I think is better.Not sure when thats gonna be since Im pretty happy atm.
I say 3.5-4 Stars.Just since I had to work the mix down some.if it worked like this outta the bag Idda given it a raving 5!!Hope this helps ya'll if you decide to give this a shot.
On a side Note:Thus far is really seems to work and meld with the 2.1 Masters Soil Builder Mix I am using too.Take care guys!EDIT:I went and looked at it and its nice n lightly damp and NICE n warm,its still a brewin..:Sharing One:
