Mephisto's Ripleys OG & Green Poison by Sweet Seeds
I haven’t been around for a few months, but thought I’d post a little update.

I’ve just finished my second run of Ripley’s OG by Mephisto. The taller plant is Ripley’s and the smaller are Green Poison by Sweet Seeds. I’ve trimmed most of the leaves back in these pics, just preparing them for harvest. I grew them for 15 weeks

The buds are quite firm and mega sticky on the Ripley’s and they do seem to turn light purple(ish) towards the end of flower. I’m still too inexperienced to know if this is standard, but I might try another one grow and lay on the nutrients.

I’ve been growing in Coco and Perlite 50/50 for one year and this is my third grow in total. The plants grow in a small 90x90x180cm tent with 2 x Marshydro 300w LED.

I try to keep my canvas pots on the small side for better management and I’m happy with the yield I get, it’s perfect for my three-monthly needs.

I think my plants would do a lot better if I had better lights. The Marshydro have turned out to be a bit of a disappointment due to blown diodes on each unit. I've only used them for a year at 18hrs per day. I am a little worried they're no longer safe because they look a little frazzled

The smoke on my last Ripley’s wasn’t as nice as the Green Poison; it’s a lot more ‘racey’ too. I allowed the plant to run longer this time, hoping the effect is a little less stimulating.

Looks like you have grown the fire.

As to your Mars lighting problems, be of good cheer! Run over to the DIY lighting forum and hit up Smo for the Classic Mars to Cob conversion. You will have power well beyond what the light was and it recycles most all the parts in the light. Minimal cost, and maximum performance.

Nice little report ... thanks for the read :pass:I didnt find ripleys very racey at all being very indica. For me it was a typical kush type relaxed high.
Hey @Nabzter Many thanks for reply. The last Ripley's I grew, I think I pulled her too quickly. This time, I waited a lot longer. I'm puffin a little tester now and it's an entirely different stone. :pass:
