I had to take a break to refinish my bathroom and well life got in the way, but after getting my priorities straight, I'm back! After being tied to my last grow constantly checking and adjusting ph due to small reservoirs (5 gallon buckets) I stepped back and went to the drawing boards.
The following rdwc system has a capacity of 60 gallons, pushed/pulled around the system by a 700gph mag drive pump. Air supplied via 80LPM piston air pump split between the two totes. In each tote is a dual xxl micro pore air stone which I'm happy to say creates a very apparent mist on the lids and mesh baskets. The whole thing plumbed with 2 inch pvc sch 40 and uniseal gaskets. The Rez tote has an independent 10lpm air pump and stones to keep everything evenly mixed so my DIY ph control can get an accurate read. And of course, heat exhausted through a 200 cfm centrifuge exhaust fan, attach out of a roof turbine. I must say, it's a pretty steady system, I change nutes every 2 weeks and I may have to turn on the ph acid pump maybe once to bring it back down to 5.8to 5.5 in that time.
And of course, pics.
