I'm not sure how I feel about the "Rosin" tech. It's actually been around for a very long time, but it never got much popularity until now. I'm actually subscribed to this guys channel, and have been watching all of his recent vids about the subject. IDK it seems good and legit, but it seems like too much work to get a return. Plus, you are not even close to extracting all of the resin with this method. Watch his later vids - you can actually see shiny trichomes on the left over "rosin chips". You can smoke em later and get high still... That just tells me this method, while good and clean, is not very effective at extracting all oils and resins from your buds. Try and smoke your chemical extracted left over buds, you won't be getting high. Rosin is a good idea for small scale, not much more than that! (But only in my opinion!)

Also, Weedman already posted an awesome how to on this method. It's in the Edible/Hash section.

I was so mad, I picked up a nice little hair straightener at a yard sale and the shit didn't work when I got it home! I was gonna try out the Rosin Tech hands on, and NOPE it didn't happen!!

I did make up some BHO that was pretty freaking awesome. But I guess the truth is that I think I simply like smoking flower over anything else. Gonna press some keif next when I get enough built up to make a good little brick. I like concentrates just they seem like SOO much work haha. Plus the vaporization method (dabbing) seems more like something is missing (CBN/CBD?) than combustion methods (to me). I'll think I'll stick with my lighter and my flowers in the future! Don't get me wrong, I LOVE the high from resin concentrates, but I'm lazy, so I'd rather smoke more flower and get just as high haha. Plus CBN/CBD burn at higher temps than THC, which the lighter instantly helps with. Not that I'm a medical user, but if I got a nice indica, I want the full effects off all the chemicals.
