Ok chaps cutting it short

Been a wall flower here for some time, and really blown away buy the knowledge on this site .. im really interested in growing my own , so im a total newbie at this game. have written below my intentions. looking to buy from China as the prices are a loot cheaper.

looking to grow my own pissed off with getting ripped off.

tent size .1.2m x1.2m x2.0m
will have 2 x gt424 nft 4 plants on each none auto.
lights Houyi LED Grow Light <---- clik there for pdf of the lights.. ps not a sales person for the comapny just want some good led lights .

price for lights including shipping $760.00.
recommended lights 2 x HY-G02-6X75-W


If same one would be so kind as to let me know if the spectrum of the lights and the lights are any good, that would be fab.

you need to scroll down to page 22 to see the led spectrums.

I would avoid that spectrum there is way to much 630nm and not enough 660nm.
