Hi folks...my first grow (Think Different x2) was a near disaster - pH issues due to alkaline soil, pests (grasshoppers, scale bugs, leaf borers, spider mites, oh my), plus the usual noob mistakes. Still, I got a month's worth of strong weed out of it, but not the harvest I had hoped for.

Second time around is an indoor/outdoor grow of Dutch Passion's AutoMazar. The soil is slightly acidic this time and there have been no pH issues. The indoor setup is rudimentary as I have to use what I can get here in rural Thailand. At night, she sits under 150W of CFL bulbs while during the daytime she's on the balcony, as stealthy as I can make it.

Just using proprietary garden centre soil mixed with worm castings and cow shit in an eight litre pot. For nutes I have a syrupy organic tea with Mg/Ca and a tea made from bat guano.

So here is Persephone, on day 38, standing 40cm tall and doing very well. AutoMazar, from this experience, is a joy to grow.

Hi Canna,

That's a really nice looking plant you have there! Dutch Passion strains rock - i'm sure you'll be delighted with the results ^_^

Happy growing

Blue

she's a pretty lady for sure Canna! looking real healthy:thumbs: Agree with blue, Dutch Passion are a quality breeder, i've only done their snowstorm II so far but was very very pleased with that one, the Mazar is on my 'to do' list, good luck with the remainder of your grow mate :smokebuds:

Day 50. Flowers starting to appear, finally. She's now 60cm (two feet) tall and has stopped stretching. Still looking in robust health with no issues apart from some yellowing of the lowest fan leaves.

Day 60. Still happy and healthy with no issues. Started on flowering nutes about a week ago (some local product called Nexus, worked OK on my Think Differents). The rest of the grow will be outside.

Loving the 10 day updates - she'll really start to pack the weight on soon!!

Looking like a really nice, strong plant how much longer do think you've got? I've just started a patio grow where i'm in the same position, got to keep it as stealth as possible.

Cheers, blue. :-)

Morton, I'm no expert, but I reckon she'll run to 100 days. Flowering will be slower now she's outside (on a 12/12 light cycle here in the tropics). Hope your grow goes as well as mine has so far.

Yeah outdoors always slows things up. I'll be sure to keep tabs on the grow so make sure you keep the updates coming! Keep on keeping ownstylez rasta smoke

Day 71. Weather has been overcast for most of the time since the last update, one of the perils of an outdoor grow. Bud sites fattening up nicely. Main problem is nutes: all I can get are local products with undecipherable instructions, so I have to go for an (un)educated guess. AutoMazar, like TD, thankfully suffers fools gladly... :dance2:
