New Grower Seed banks that ask for cash

Anyone have any experience in dealing with seed banks that ask for cash to be sent in the mail? To me this seems like a HUGE no-no, and sketches me out a bit. Any one have any comforting words?

That would depend on there reputation.... I sell seeds thru rcmcollective.ca they take cash in the mail.. or other payments...

If the place you speak of has a excellent reputation... then its most likely fine.

It was very common back in the 80s and 90s to mail off cash... and pray like hell you got anything back... Then SSSC and The seed bank change growing forever... In 1987 I watch my buddy put 700 in an envelope to SSSC thought he was a fool... The seeds came back and they were excellent, legendary...

think about though my guy, even if u use a credit card, money wire, etc... you can still get duked on it as well. just like Cres says, Reputation is KEY!!! Ive sent money wire b4 and totally got nothing but FUKT over didn't get ne thing, not even the common courtesy of A reach around... This is why i only buy from 1 place.... good luck on ur hunt though... Sticky Out

I have actually never NOT sent cash...just package it discreetly and use a reputable seedbank. :thumbs:
