New Grower Seedling Help Please!!

Hi,
For the first time I'm starting AF seeds, i have a couple of each think Different, Wappa, Critical Jack and Pandora. I started them using paper towel method then put 1/2" sprouts in 16 ounce solo cups with Miracle Grow seed starter soil in it. I pre soaked them with about 6-8 ounces of reverse osmosis water with 1 drop of superthrive in 2 litre at 6.5 pH. I used a humidity dome on the seedlings until 1st true set of leaves. I had temperatures of 85 at the tray and 75 at the seedling. I haven't had to water them for about five or six days until yesterday I used the same RO water with one drop off superthrive and thinking that they may have needed more nitrogen I gave them a quarter dose of pure blend grow just this morning. The seedlings are 11 days old now and have shown no growth in the last week. I have 4 x 48 inch flurecent 6500 K about 4 inches from the canopy. Any ideas of what's going wrong here it and any measures to try to correct it? My plan was to get them outside and in holes and 5 gallon pots at the beginning of June.

Do not give them any more nutes,they don't need any when there that small and you might hurt them.Just don't overwater them and just have patience because they are working on there roots right now and soon you will see them take off.

Thanks for your response...I have not watered them since last week and only one or two needed water since then. The rest still have enough moisture and weight in the cups that they do not need water yet. I am thinking that my soil does not drain enough to allow good root growth. Is there anything that can be done to amend soil already in solo cups? Or, should I just start a few seeds over and try to get something with the outdoor season just ahead.
