Seedling problem

one of my seedlings only has the cotyledon leaves and no other leaves are growing out the middle of it,
it's been like this for a few days now and nothing is happening has any one else had this problem

I've had some very, very slow starters. One of my last grows, I had a mutant seedling,almost all stem, that just keeled over and spent 5 days on her side. She wound up being a superstar sativa.
Do you have any pics?

I have one like this, it opened up under the coco I finally dug it out. Sooo slow A week in the light it is still just getting first set of true leaves. Some indicas start very small.

Hard to tell without pics or any info. Overwatering? Hot soil? Fucked up seed? Too many possibilities.
My 5c:
If you're running 3-4 plants and don't have more seeds - wait this one out. If you have a spare seed, I'd start it now. If you're running 6+ plants, just lst them and forget about this one.
