What could he the cause of this? (SEE PHOTOS)

As you can see, one is quite significantly more developed. I'm so confused as to what's going on, could this be because I'm overwatering one and not actually knowing that I am?

Growing media is Coco Coir (Canna's)
1mL per L of A & B of H&G Coco Nutes
4mL per L of Rhizotonic

PH of 6-6.6
Temps have been stable
Humidity is a bit on the low side since it's in my cupboard, around 45% average.

I've been keeping the top of the soil moist by using a pressure pump spray bottle & I've been bottom feeding the pots.

I feel like I might have stunted its growth, as sometimes I've accidentally gotten nutrient mix on the leafs, when it was a baby seedling it showed serious sadness where the leafs looked as if they were ready to die off.

This is my second grow, so I am still trying to dial in the seedling stage.

How much should I be watering, how often, and should I always top feed or drip-tray feed. They're 15Litre pots.

The soil isn't drying out fast, its staying quite moist due to the temps being on the cooler side.

The lights are about 14 inches away. 600W ViparSpectra LED.

With coco the medium should not dry out otherwise you get ph swings. And I would add perlite to add more aeration

Makes sense. I'm just so so not sure how much I should be feeding and how often, because I don't want to over water them.. It's a bit hard to use this forum on my phone, is there any fool proof guides to feeding schedules, amount of water to feed, etc..?

Got to afn page on tapatalk and search coco feed schedule in Afn forum

First off, your light is to close so during veg it should be around 24 inches and 18 inches during flower.Your intake water should be around 5.8 in coco not above 6.Make sure your entire pot gets water so your roots don't hit any dry spots.Do not over feed young seedlings but use 1/2 the recommended dosage and if your watering a lot just feed every other watering. You should also be using cal/mag with every feeding especialy in coco.If you get nutes on your leaves make sure to spray them off with plain water right away.

I agree the lights are to close at this stage, I use a 900W Viparspectra which I start out at 42inches and then move it down 6inches a week until I get to 18 Inches where it stays throughout the rest of the grow unless the plants tell me otherwise

And guys I'm not doing anything different between the two. They get fed the same, with very weak nutrients..... What the fuck do I do [emoji23] I've adjusted the height of the light, is there anything I can do to help her in growth?

Be patient and give her a few days buddy, your at the real slow stage of the grow at the moment so it will take time for the new growth to happen and until then you will need to hold tight
