Seedlings - Different growth rate

Cannabis Seeds
These are the leafs off the stunted one. I've defoliated both the struggling one and the one that's going well, on top I have also topped the healthy plant.

The main stem off the "stunted" one seems to be quite sturdy.. so for sure I think I'll give this until next weekend and see how she goes, now that I've taken the old bottom leafs off hopefully this will allow her to focus her energy on the new growth.

It's obviously hard to determine anything through the photos, but is this a mutation or just a genuinely shocked plant?

...oy! If she wasn't stunted before, she is now,.. way to many leaves removed, and it doesn't fix anything,.. those leaves are power plants, gas exchange (CO2 and water vapor) and storage among other things,... never take leaves off plants this young and small, there's no up side,... defol' is for overgrown plants with light access blocking, poor air movement, etc.,....

it can be if it build up,.. it;'ll go batshit with all the nutes going in, and it's a single cell type, just percolates down into the medium,.. too much makes a mucky slimy mess, impairs drying out,...

Started flowering, just chopped it.

Could it be possible that the coco was too dense and it couldn't develop its roots? The soil was quite tight in the pot when I took it out and there was a LONG root type thing, I dont know how to explain it. From the top of the soil the first inch was roots at the top of the soil, then there was a solid long root about 6 inches long, and at the end of it there were smaller roots, is that normal?
