I am trying to make a complete shopping list, on what I will need for my first grow here in the new year, so i can get an idea of how much i need to start.
And I also got a few questions about, light(LED), Soil and filter with the fan
So far my list is looking like this.
fertilizer / nutrients
Lights
Tent
Filter
Soil
Termometer / humidity
Seeds
UK to EU Adaptors
Light Timer
Pots
PH meter
Fan controller
If I need anything on thiss list, please feel free to tell me.
QUESTNS.
-Light(LED). I want to go with LED, because of the low heat, noise and Power consumption.
First i was looking at the "cheap" LED grow light from amazon "http://goo.gl/JS2ifc" but i found out that, quality is pretty dam important when you have light running 20hrs a day. so my questions is, what LED would be a good pick for a 120x120 tent. i have ben thinking baout waiting for the new lights from grownorthern.
-Soil. I have found a Grow shop that both sell a "all Mix" with sphagnum, garden peat, organic worm manure and perlite. (Soil from a grow shop, with all that i sneeded) They also sell coco bricks. that i can mit up with perlite. but I seriously don't know what to go for, what are the pros and cons? or can i just go with some or ordinary potting soil?
-Filer and fan controll. it was pretty hard to get a filter system and a Fan controller to a decent price in EU. So far i got the following
for my filter setup, http://goo.gl/Qo8Ued with http://goo.gl/gqEalp. the fan need an UK outlet, and the controller is form EU so the "map" will look like this.
[Fan+Filter --> UK to EU Adaptor --> Fan controller -->my power outlet]
will this work out? or do you guys know how to make this work, i am having a hard time finding all the parts from one shop. so i hope this solution cna work out.
