I have a 56 day old gelato that has a top cola growing almost to the light. I’ve raised the light as much as I can. Is it too late to supercrop? She’s the plant in the back right corner; earlier in flower than her tent mates (though same age). I’ve shifted the light to the left to try to keep it from blasting her in the meantime.

Make an anchor point in other corner of tent, tie a string around stem near top (10 or so inches down) stretch it to your anchor point and attach it. Might want to make that part adjustable in case you need readjusting. And don't bend too much at first or you risk breakage.

Just to make sure I understand: I can use your tying technique to redirect the high cola WITHOUT actually supercropping?

Yeah, just bend the whole branch towards the other side along the back wall pulling from top. The whole cola will bend. Should get 6at least 6 inch further away from light. Just be carful not to bend any section of stem too much or you will be super cropping.

Awesome, thanks. I’m comfortable with LST and topping, but nothing more extreme. Love your advice.
