Megacrop is the way to go, it's very good for veg',... MC is an attempt at a true all-in-one nute package, and it's close... but testing here has shown that some PK booster during bloom and dialing back the MC produces better results,... check out their section here, and ask Dabber and the gang anything you like about dosing,.. tons of good info and grows...
Skip all the rest, they're not needed...
Yes, if the draft across them was strong and constant, some tip/edge burn can happen,... your lights may be a bit too close as well, 18-24" is a pretty common rule of thumb,...

I think I can rule out the lights. I got pretty bad advice on the fan front, the fan was blowing more or less at the plant which I now know is a no-no. I’m sure she’s needing a good feed too, especially now she’s flowering.
